NOURISH is first and foremost, a community.

A community that believes deeply in the power of food to equalize, connect, chart new territory and honor tradition.

Through the words and visuals, and gatherings we host, you'll come to know how deeply satisfying it is to eat jam made from fruit that would've otherwise gone to waste, or eat in a restaurant whose passion for food and hospitality came from the generations before them, or go out of your way to support a café that a couple took honorable risks to open.

These are stories about humanity and community, told through food. And you will begin to more deeply recognize your own humanity and place in community through this lens.

NOURISH is published FOUR times a year.

It is offered in a 6 x 9, perfect bound format, with matte laminate finish [feels like subtle suede].

Printed on high-quality paper, in full color, it's a valuable, vital reference as much as something to be experienced and enjoyed when each new issue is released.

Each issue contains storytelling on all aspects of food - from urban farms to rural farms, restaurants and cafes that are vibrant and vivacious gathering places within their communities, small batch makers of jams and hams, recipes that are as approachable as they are delicious, and visuals that make you want to reach your fork through the page.

We wouldn't leave wine, craft beer, cocktails and coffee out of the mix, so we'll be offering interesting content on those topics as well.

It began, as so many worthy things do, from heartfelt conversations with adored friends and colleagues.

What do we want to be doing in the world, we asked ourselves and one another?

What has everything we've done to this point prepared us to offer our community?

How can we enrich the lives of others, while enriching our own in the process?
